Travel information
BY AIR
From the Barcelona EL PRAT airport:
- TAXI: Taxis are available around the clock at Barcelona airport. The fare is between 75-100€ and it takes about 30 minutes.
- PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
- BUS: There is a direct bus service from the airport, GARRAF buses (https://busgarraf.cat/), which run every 30 minutes from the Terminal 1. The bus stop closest to the venue is called “Can Rober”, please note that you will then have a 25 minute walk to the venue, or you can also take a taxi from the Sitges train station. The bus from the airport costs 8.3€, and takes about a 40 minutes.
- TRAIN: The train (https://rodalies.gencat.cat/en/inici) is the cheapest option (4.6€), but not the most comfortable as it is not a direct route from the airport to the centre of Sitges. You will have to take: the R2 Nord train line from the Airport Terminal 2 train station and get off at the next stop “El Prat de Llobregat”. Then you will have to take the R2 Sud suburban train to Sitges. Please note that the R2 Nord train leaves from the Airport Terminal 2 train station. Therefore, if you are arriving at Terminal 1, you will need to take the free airport shuttle bus, which connects the 2 terminals in about 10 minutes. Delays are always possible. Please bear this in mind when planning your transfer from BCN airport. This takes about 1hour 30min. Then, from the Sitges train station it is about a 20 min walk to the venue.
