Please note the following information. The poster will be placed on assigned spaces or boards. Your poster will be assigned a number in the final program which will be located at the top left of the vertical poster board/space.
Things to Know
- Posters must be displayed on assigned spaces or boards.
- Your poster will be assigned a number in the final program which will be located at the top left of the vertical poster board.
- Posters should be no larger than 42” wide by 40"’ high.
- The surface of the board is 120cm wide by 150 cm high.
- Pins will be provided.
